But making them aware of the benefits of X - and receiving the feedback that describes the issues that people face in 'doing X' is surely all part of the build-improve process? And the more discussion there is in the marketplace, the faster we'll move through the curve to main-stream adoption, no? Or have I misunderstood? You are right - simply saying ‘do X’ won’t make people do it. But making them aware of the benefits of X - and receiving the feedback that describes the issues that people face in ‘doing X’ is surely all part of the build-improve process?
